No — it's yours. Your content and branding are yours from day one. After an initial 6-month period, if you'd like to take the site and manage it yourself, we'll hand over the files and transfer the domain free of charge. The 6-month minimum simply lets us cover the upfront design and build work.
Yes. We can transfer your domain free of charge to most registrars, as long as the registrar you’re moving to supports the transfer.
Your website designed, built, hosted and maintained; a free domain; free email (up to 3 mailboxes, then £1.50/month each); your Google Business Profile and directory listings set up; unlimited content changes; and your own dashboard to manage everything.
Yes. A one-off build is £395, and we'll cover your first year of hosting free. After that, hosting is £99/year if you'd like us to keep it live — this option doesn't include ongoing changes or support, which is what the £29.95/month plan is really for. If you'd rather keep it live somewhere else, we'll help you migrate to another hosting provider for free. Most people find the monthly plan works out better value once you factor that in, but just ask if you'd rather pay once.
Support is ticket-based, through your dashboard. Raise a request any time and we’ll reply within 12 hours (and always within 24). No phone tag, no queues — just a clear thread you can track.
No setup fee and no long contract. You only start paying once you’re happy with the site we’ve built, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes — things like online scheduling or selling products are available as add-ons. Tell us what you need and we’ll put together a plan that fits.
Your site is paused rather than deleted, and your domain stays yours. Pick back up whenever you like, or ask us to transfer the domain to you.
